Mirage Map layout
Mirage features a mix of close-quarters and long-range engagements. The map is split into three main areas: Bombsite A, Bombsite B, and Mid area. Each bombsite offers different tactical options for both T and CT.
A site Mirage is characterized by its open area and multiple entry points. The site is typically accessed by terrorists through A Ramp, Palace, and Connector, while CTs typically defend from positions such as Firebox, Ticket, and Jungle. This bombsite can be complicated and require more than one player to defend.
B site Mirage features a more enclosed space, with limited entry points for terrorists. The main access routes for T-side include B Apartments and Short B (or Catwalk). CTs often defend themselves from positions like Van, Bench, and Market. Due to the site’s layout, B site often requires one person.
Mid is a central area of Mirage, connecting both bombsites and providing critical map control for both teams. It consists of several key positions such as Window, Underpass, Ladder, and Connector. Controlling the mid-area is essential to have the most information and to be able to attack from more angles.
